Set aside a second and inquire about any of it essential question: Where do I believe my safety lies? This whole world—everything that individuals perceive through the five senses—is created on unconscious fear. Just how can this be? By the energy of our mind. Your brain simply can just only see what it believes, which explains why we need to release false beliefs. In the end, the spiritual journey becomes all about facing this unconscious fear acim. This is the transformation of the projected world into peace. Whenever we perceive something fearful, we can always allow ourselves to set aside a second to pause as opposed to react. By having a moment to open our minds and invite Holy Spirit into our perception, we invite a miraculous shift in exactly how we see things, and we can begin to forget about habitual reacting and conditioned behaviors. We then begin to open as much as inspiration. Fears Can Become PossibilitiesWhen there is fear in your brain it’s the ego actively attacking your peace of mind. This results in plenty of attack thoughts and doubt. In those moments, it’s crucial that you manage to face the fears and really ask, “What am I afraid of?” When you’re in a position to see your fears and what’s to their rear, you can really enter into the effectiveness of choosing to be with the Spirit and realizing there’s nothing at all that can threaten you. Then the fear inevitably needs to leave.
